In 2007 James Earl Edmiston, a computer forensics expert, pleaded guilty to two cases of perjury in relation to evidence he had provided.
James Edmiston was a computer forensics expert, and had provided evidence for cases involving child pornography, however it was found that he was lying about his qualifications, which are provided in court, and as such he was lying to the court.
